Reiki

Reiki is a unique, relaxing and healing energy therapy based on Japanese techniques developed in the late 1800s. Recognized by the National Institute of Health as bio-field medicine, Reiki seeks to restore order to the body. Reiki energy has several basic effects: it brings about deep relaxation, destroys energy blockages, detoxifies the system, provides new vitality in the form of healing universal life energy, and increases the vibrational frequency of the body. Reiki can get to the core of an issue, either physical or emotional, and eliminate the symptoms. It works on a very deep level, addressing the cellular memory where many of your present concerns began. Can be combined with massage, tuning fork therapy or craniosacral therapy for a more complete and deeper healing experience. Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy was pioneered and developed by osteopathic physician John E. Upledger. It is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protecxt the brain and spinal cord. Reconnective Healing

Reconnective Healing is a form of energy healing that reconnects us to the fullness of our beings and of who we are. It is considered to be able to reconnect us to the universe and to our very Essence through a new set of healing frequencies, and through possibly an entirely new bandwidth. Every health challenge is comprised of the physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional. Reconnective Healing creates the opportunity for you to allow yourself to return into a balancing of these components. The Reconnective Healing process involves the practitioner using her hands to focus a flow of high-level energy into the auric field of the client. It does not involve any physical touching or manipulation.

Guided imagery involves using your creative imagination to conjure up pleasant, relaxing images that rest the mind and body. These may be experiences that have already happened or new situations. Guided imagery can be used to manage pain, help with healing, boost self esteem, manifest your heart's desire and much, much more.
Meditation is a mental discipline by which one attempts to get beyond the reflexive, "thinking" mind into a deeper state of relaxation or awareness. Meditation often involves turning attemtion to a single point of reference. It is recognized as a component of many religions, and has been practiced since antiquity. It is also practiced outside religious traditions. Different meditative disciplines encompass a wide range of spiritual and/or psychophysical practices which may emphasize different goals -- from achievement of a higher state of consciousness, to greater focus, creativity or self-awareness, or simply a more relaxed and peaceful frame of mind. Giving this sense of relaxation and peace, meditation ultimately leads people to find peace within themselves.

Hospice represents a compassionate approach to end-of-life care. Reiki is known to ease the anxiety for hospice patients and to offer comfort and peace at this critical time. This service is offered with extreme sensitivity to the patient and the intention to provide compassionate care and comfort. *An additional charge will be added for travel to your home or care facility.
